John Vincent Coulter was born in the year 1961 to Nell Husbands Martin who was the wife of an agent with the F.B.I. Her ancestry is Irish as well as German. She worked at her local United States Court of Appeals in Kansas as a clerk once graduation from law school. In the following time the clerk quit her state post to work in New York City. Her new profession was corporate law. She appeared on T.V. There were numerous appearances on television times and discussed what she thought were the Bill Clinton scandals and impeachment. Following the scandal, she released her first book High Crimes and Misdemeanors The Case against Bill Clinton. In 1998 she was also accused with plagiarism. Over a dozen books by her have been sold in excess of three million copies. The author has not been married and had no children, despite having been engaged several times.
